We're building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci's family!

Our restaurant features a distinctive brick oven, symbolizing our authentic flavor and strong foundation. We are seeking passionate individuals to help us grow brick by brick through innovation and excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Pour drinks when orders are produced, serve food at the bar, prepare condiments, change beer and tonic kegs, and clean the work area.
2. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including tables, floors, chairs, and service stations.
3. Assist other team members as needed.
4. Pre-bus tables.
5. Stock liquor and bar items upon delivery.
6. Prepare and replenish bar supplies, including glassware and garnishes.
7. Maintain and balance cash drawer, ensuring transaction accuracy.
8. Serve alcohol responsibly, monitoring customer intake and adhering to alcohol service guidelines.
9. Rotate stock.
10. Prepare drinks and batch recipes according to specifications.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs.
• Work well under pressure and remain active for a 9-hour shift.
• Effective communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
