Description

We're building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci's family! Our restaurant features a distinctive brick oven, symbolizing our authentic flavor and commitment to quality. We are passionate about growth and innovation, and we want you to be part of our journey.

Primary Responsibilities

• Pour drinks when an order is received, serve food at the bar, prepare condiments, change beer and tonic kegs, and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Keep the bar area, tables, floor, chairs, and service station clean and organized.
• Assist other staff members as needed.
• Pre-bus tables.
• Stock liquor and bar supplies following deliveries.
• Prepare and replenish bar supplies, including glassware and garnishes.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer, ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Serve alcohol responsibly, monitor customer intake, and adhere to alcohol service guidelines.
• Rotate stock to ensure freshness and availability.
• Prepare drinks according to recipes and specifications.
