Description

We're building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci's family! Our restaurant features a brick oven at the center, symbolizing our commitment to authenticity and quality. We are seeking passionate individuals to help us grow brick by brick through innovation and excellence.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Pouring drinks, serving food at the bar, preparing condiments, changing kegs, and cleaning the work area
• Maintaining cleanliness of the tables, floor, chairs, and service station
• Assisting other staff as needed
• Pre-bussing tables
• Stocking liquor and bar items, replenishing glassware, and preparing garnishes
• Maintaining and balancing cash drawer
• Serving alcohol responsibly and monitoring customer intake
• Rotating stock and preparing drinks according to recipes

Requirements

Preferred skills include sales skills, responsible alcohol service, and responsible cash handling. Position requirements include being at least 18 years old, able to lift 25-30 lbs, work well under pressure, stand for a 9-hour shift, communicate effectively in English, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
