Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bereavement activities and maintain records in the software system.
• Oversee mail processes and ensure timely bereavement correspondence.
• Contact bereaved clients to offer support and refer to counseling as needed.
• Assist Lead Chaplain with file auditing and care delivery quality.
• Develop and lead a bereavement volunteer program; participate in meetings.
