Job summary

Trimble’s Transporeon division seeks a Sales Executive to drive Growth in the Benelux region. You will own the full sales lifecycle for complex SaaS solutions, from lead generation to close, shaping net revenue and expanding Trimble's European footprint.

You will negotiate high-value contracts, build strategic partnerships with shippers, carriers, and 3PLs, and help customers realize efficiency and sustainability gains with our logistics platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven success selling complex B2B SaaS or similar solutions.
• Native or C2 level of Dutch and fluent English are required.
• Experience navigating large-scale, private equity-owned global environments or international structures.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Growth: acquire SMBs across the Benelux market to expand our global network.
• Master the Sales Lifecycle: Own the full process from lead gen to closing, using CRM forecasting for high deal velocity.
• Lead High-Stakes Negotiations: orchestrate complex, price-to-value negotiations to hit ambitious ARR targets.
