Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven success selling complex B2B SaaS/logistics solutions.
• Turkish native or C2 level with fluent English; German proficiency required.
• Experience navigating large-scale international or PE-owned environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth for the Turkish/Central European market by acquiring SMBs and expanding Trimble's network.
• Own the full sales lifecycle from lead gen to close with precise CRM forecasting.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations to meet ambitious ARR targets and protect contract value.
