Job summary

ReactiveZero B.V. is seeking a cybersecurity salesperson to own the commercial side of offensive security — penetration testing, red teaming, and related services — from first conversation to signed engagement.

This is a technical sale to security leaders and engineers. Dutch fluency is preferred to own the Benelux market; English is essential for other regions. Flexible structure: a full-time role or as a freelancer (ZZP) with compensation tied to sales, shaped jointly.

Qualifications

• Experience selling offensive security products or services.
• Dutch speaker strongly preferred; fluent, professional English required.
• Genuinely comfortable in technical conversations with security teams.
• Consultative, value-driven selling style.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for offensive security services — prospecting, qualifying, scoping, proposal, close.
• Build and grow the Benelux market, selling in Dutch to security and engineering leaders.
• Work with pentesters to scope engagements accurately and set expectations.
• Develop relationships with CISOs, security teams, and partners to expand opportunities.
• Provide field feedback on client needs and pricing to shape offerings.
