Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a Benefits Administrator, Health and Wellbeing to manage day-to-day health and welfare programs. The role partners with vendors and HR teams to ensure accurate benefits administration, timely issue resolution, and effective program delivery.

The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work with some onsite days and a preferred Wellesley, MA location.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in employee benefits administration or a similar benefits-focused HR role.
• Direct experience supporting employee benefits programs is strongly preferred.
• Experience with health and welfare or employee wellness programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of medical, dental, vision, life, paid family and medical leave, FSA, HSA, EAP, and wellness programs.
• Collaborate with benefits vendors and insurance carriers to support daily health and welfare operations.
• Review and respond to routine employee benefits inquiries and HR cases in Workday or another HRIS.
• Triage complex issues and elevate to appropriate team members.
• Support annual benefits enrollment, including testing, quality checks, and proofreading.
