Job summary

LHH is seeking a Benefits Manager to administer comprehensive employee benefits programs and serve as a trusted resource for benefits questions. This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing enrollments, life events, and open enrollment, while maintaining compliant records and collaborating with vendors to resolve issues. Prior HR/benefits experience and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related function.
• Knowledge of employee benefits programs and applicable compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and provide timely, accurate guidance.
• Coordinate benefit enrollments, life event changes, terminations, and annual open enrollment activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Partner with benefit vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve enrollment and billing issues.
• Assist with benefits communications, employee education, and reporting.
• Support audits, reconciliations, and documentation related to benefits administration.
• Stay current on benefits trends and regulatory changes affecting employee benefits programs.
