Job summary

Third Party CS is seeking motivated individuals for a fully remote role helping union members understand and maximize benefits. You will assist with benefit questions, provide friendly support, and guide members through enrollment and claims processes.

No prior experience required to start; we provide training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching. A positive, organized communicator who adapts to Zoom and phone conversations will thrive in our flexible, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable and self-motivated.
• Comfortable speaking with people over phone and Zoom.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist union members with benefit-related questions.
• Educate members on available coverage and programs.
• Support enrollment and claims processes.
• Build relationships with members and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve member concerns.
• Provide outstanding customer support and follow-up.
