All client interactions are with union members who have requested our services — no cold calling or prospecting required. Full training and mentorship are provided.

What you’ll do:

• Schedule and hold virtual appointments with members who’ve requested coverage
• Present benefit options and explain eligibility requirements via video conferencing
• Assist with application completion and quality control follow-ups
• Learn leadership skills and participate in optional team development sessions
