Job summary

Third Party CS in the United States is seeking motivated individuals to help union members understand and maximize their benefits from home. This fully remote role includes training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching, plus opportunities for professional development and leadership advancement.

You will assist with benefit questions, educate on coverage, support enrollment and claims processes, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with internal teams.
