Job summary

Third Party CS is expanding its team and seeking motivated individuals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and building meaningful relationships. This remote role offers training, mentorship, and the support needed to succeed as you assist union members with benefits.

You'll work from home, educating members on coverage, supporting enrollment and claims, and building lasting relationships with families while maintaining accurate records through coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist union members with benefit-related questions.
