Third Party CS is hiring for a fully remote role focused on helping union members understand and maximize available benefits. Training, mentorship, and support are provided to help you succeed, with no prior experience required.

The position offers flexibility, opportunities for advancement, and a collaborative team environment, all while you work from home and connect with members via phone and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve member concerns.
• Provide outstanding customer support and follow-up.
