Third Party CS is seeking motivated individuals to join our remote benefits support team. This fully remote role lets you work from home while helping union members understand and maximize benefits. We provide training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement. No prior experience required; strong communication and customer service skills are valued as you assist with benefit questions, enrollment, and family coverage.

• Customer service experience is helpful but not required.

• Comfortable speaking with people over phone and Zoom.

Responsabilités
