Third Party CS is seeking motivated individuals for a fully remote role helping union members understand and maximize their benefits. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided to develop strong customer service skills.

The position emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and relationship building with members and their families, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement.
