Job summary

Third Party CS is expanding its team and is looking for motivated individuals for a fully remote position. You will assist union members in understanding their benefits and maximize the available coverage.

This role allows you to work from home while offering training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential, and customer service experience is a plus.
