• 2+ years of health and welfare benefits experience
• Hands-on experience with a benefits administration system
• Public sector HR experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted day-to-day contact for public sector clients on all things employee benefits
• Resolve member issues and claims questions, partnering with carriers to get answers quickly
• Manage enrollment, eligibility and billing review
• Explain coverage, plan design, rates and plan documents in clear, friendly language
• Keep client records accurate in BenefitPoint and ImageRight (training provided)
• Take ownership of special projects for the team
