Qualifications

• 1+ year Benefits plan administration background.

Responsibilities

• Consults with each Client to guide documentation to convert benefits into the Aon Plan Design Document (PDD).
• Analyzes client benefit offerings and SPD to ensure eligibility rules translate into PDD and training curricula.
• Develops the PDD for each client using benefits knowledge and client plan details; ensures accuracy of PDD and communications screens.
• Partners with Account Manager to manage milestones and interact with HR/Benefits and IT to obtain plan specifics.
