RJI Search is seeking a Client Service Specialist in Employee Benefits in Camden, NJ. The role starts onsite with 90 days of training, then 2 days remote and 3 days in office weekly. Base salary ranges from $55,000 to $78,000+ with performance incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 2+ years of health and benefits experience from carriers, brokers, or TPAs.
• Hands-on experience resolving claims and eligibility issues.
• Familiarity with a benefits administration system.
• Public entity experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship building.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A college degree is preferred and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve member issues and claims inquiries from start to finish, coordinating with carriers.
• Handle eligibility questions and billing production, review, and distribution for accounts.
• Answer client questions on coverage, plan structure, rates, claims, and billing.
• Keep account records accurate and up to date in agency management systems.
• Partner with consultants to deliver excellent day-to-day service and special projects as needed.
