Job summary

Kyndryl in Poland is seeking an HR Benefits Specialist to administer and support employee benefit programs with accuracy, consistency, and care. You will partner closely with employees, HR colleagues, and external vendors to ensure benefits are delivered as designed, questions are resolved clearly, and processes remain compliant.

You will manage enrollments, life events, and eligibility changes in Workday; handle Tier 2 benefit inquiries in ServiceNow; and coordinate with Payroll, Procurement,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of benefits administration or related HR experience.
• Experience in Workday benefits module implementation or maintenance.
• English and Polish language proficiency for communications and documentation.
• Strong understanding of data confidentiality and payroll data handling.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end employee benefit programs in Workday for Polish entities.
• Handle Tier 2 benefit inquiries via ServiceNow with accurate, compliant guidance.
• Coordinate with external benefit vendors and with Payroll/Finance for deductions and invoicing.
• Maintain SOPs and employee self-service knowledge articles for Polish benefits policies.
