Job summary

ChristianaCare in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Systems Analyst focused on Workday Benefits. The role partners with Benefits, HR, Payroll, Finance and vendors to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions for eligibility, enrollment, compliance, integrations, reporting, and ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities include configuring benefits plans, event-driven processes, testing, UAT support, and delivering analytics for leadership decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years HRIS or Workday experience with focus on Benefits configuration.
• 2+ years Workday Benefits configuration and administration experience.
• Experience with Open Enrollment and annual HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, support, and improve Workday Benefits solutions.
• Lead Benefits configuration including health, wellness, and voluntary plans.
• Configure eligibility rules, event-driven processes, testing, and issue resolution.
• Develop test plans and support UAT for system changes.
• Build reports, dashboards, and analytics for Benefits operations and leadership.
