Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP is seeking a Specialist, Benefits Administration to oversee the accurate, timely, and compliant management of health and welfare benefits, including ACA compliance and Workday enrollment configuration.

The role requires strong collaboration with Payroll, Finance, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent employee experience while maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Requires strong knowledge of ACA compliance and health and welfare benefits administration.
• Experience designing and administering open enrollment in Workday.
• Experience with Form 5500 filings and annual reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support core health and welfare benefit programs.
• Design, configure, test, and maintain open enrollment in Workday.
• Support ACA compliance activities, including tracking, data validation, and reporting.
• Assist with Form 5500 filings and related annual reporting activities.
• Reconcile benefit invoices, eligibility files, enrollment data, and payroll deductions.
• Collaborate with vendors, payroll, HRIS, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
