Citi Handlowy is seeking an Employee Relations Expert to join the hybrid team in Poland. You will apply Polish labor law to resolve complex cases, partner with HRBPs, and contribute to governance on workplace complaints.

The role requires strong knowledge of the Polish Labor Code and the ability to work independently, with fluency in English and Polish. Hybrid work model and comprehensive employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in employee relations, legal, or advisory role with direct application of Polish labor law.
• Experience collaborating with trade unions is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Law.
• Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• In-depth knowledge of the Polish Labor Code and employment law provisions.
• Strong autonomy and judgment with the ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert guidance on Polish labor law and internal regulations.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on disciplinary proceedings and labor law breaches.
• Liaise with trade unions and maintain constructive relationships.
• Draft internal HR policies and review regulations for compliance.
• Support administration of the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS).
• Coordinate with external law firms on employment matters.
• Design and deliver labor law training for internal stakeholders.
• Review civil law contracts for social security and labor compliance.
• Participate in governance, audits, and investigations related to complaints.
