Makse Group in the United States seeks a Workday HCM professional focused on Benefits who can translate regulatory and plan design requirements into scalable configurations and support full-cycle implementations for clients.

You will partner with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, enrollment efficiency, and a positive employee experience, including open enrollment and life event processing, along with system testing, deployments, and ongoing optimization.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on Workday HCM experience with a strong focus on Workday Benefits.
• Experience configuring, testing, and deploying Workday Benefits solutions.
• Understanding of benefits regulations (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA) and data exchange requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and implement Workday Benefits solutions, ensuring alignment with client benefit plan structures and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design solutions that align with best practices.
• Support and troubleshoot integrations with payroll, insurance carriers, and COBRA administrators.
• Assist with benefits testing cycles, including open enrollment and life event processing.
• Provide guidance on compliance with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other benefits regulations.
• Work closely with other functional areas to ensure seamless end-to-end benefits administration.
• Assist in creating documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.
• Stay current on Workday releases and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
