Job summary

Makse Group is seeking a Workday Benefits consultant to help deliver high-quality implementations, optimizations, and client support. The role requires hands-on experience with Workday HCM focusing on Benefits and strong knowledge of benefits regulations.

You will translate regulatory and plan design requirements into scalable Workday configurations, contribute to full-cycle delivery, and work with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maximize enrollment efficiency and employee

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience with a focus on Benefits.
Experience configuring, testing, and deploying Workday Benefits solutions.
Strong knowledge of ACA, HIPAA, COBRA and benefits regulations.
Excellent communication skills with clients and project teams.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Configure and implement Workday Benefits solutions, ensuring alignment with client plans and compliance.
Gather requirements, analyze needs, and design solutions aligned with best practices.
Support and troubleshoot integrations with payroll, carriers, and COBRA administrators.
Assist with benefits testing cycles, including open enrollment and life events.
Provide guidance on compliance with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other regulations.
Collaborate with other functions to ensure seamless benefits administration end-to-end.
Create documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Stay current on Workday releases and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
