Qualifications

2+ years of experience in employee benefits, HR administration, or related function.
Experience using HR, case-management, or benefits technology.
Strong customer service, communication, research, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to employee, manager, and HR partner benefits questions and escalations using plan information and resources.
Manage benefits cases in the case-management system through resolution or handoff.
Coordinate with third-party administrators and benefit carriers to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate case documentation and respond with timely updates.
Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the Manager, Benefits & Leave.
