Ideal candidates have hands-on benefits experience, strong customer service, and meticulous attention to detail, with prior Ellucian Colleague experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Ellucian Colleague is required.
• 1–4 years of professional benefits administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee and benefits information with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Administer and support employee benefit programs, retirement, and leave processes.
• Assist with benefit enrollments and ensure accurate elections.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment activities and communications.
• Collaborate with payroll on deductions and contributions.
• Support compliance, audits, and reporting related to benefits.
