Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Support or Benefits Administration functions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Comprehensive Benefits clients, overseeing Benefits Administration and Annual Enrollment.
• Support and oversee data gathering, requirements analysis, and ADP project management activities for WFN/HRB maintenance and related interfaces during the annual enrollment period.
• Coordinate and manage Benefits Administration and Annual Enrollment tasks, collaborating with back-office and off-shore teams.
• Configure and maintain WFN and other ADP products related to Benefits.
• Secure, update, and confirm enrollment-related information from brokers, carriers, client leadership, and other sources to support WFN/HRB configuration.
• Manage project tools for analysis, preparation, system updates, quality testing, data migration, and deliverables, providing WFN Benefits expertise.
