ADP is hiring a Benefit Solutions Specialist - I. The role ensures platform configuration and readiness to support a client through their annual enrollment processes. This includes coordinating ADP resources as necessary and ensuring all ADP‑specific tasks are completed on time. The Specialist conducts hands‑on configuration and related activities for both benefits administration and annual enrollment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Comprehensive Benefits clients, overseeing Benefits Administration and Annual Enrollment.
- Support and oversee data gathering, requirements analysis, and ADP project management activities for WFN/HRB maintenance and related interfaces during the annual enrollment period.
- Coordinate and manage Benefits Administration and Annual Enrollment tasks, collaborating with back‑office and off‑shore teams.
- Configure and maintain WFN and other ADP products related to Benefits.
- Secure, update, and confirm all enrollment‑related information from brokers, carriers, client leadership, and other sources to support WFN/HRB configuration.
- Manage project tools for analysis, preparation, system updates, quality testing, data migration, and deliverables, providing WFN Benefits expertise.
- Monitor data flow and integration, addressing carrier connections, payroll, and manual carrier updates; resolve issues timely and accurately; appropriately escalates failures and programmatic problems.
- Research and resolve issues identified through routine audits and complex benefit inquiries; coordinate with other Comprehensive Services associates.
- Work with benefit providers to support client benefits administration, eligibility, vendor invoicing, and claims issues.
- Coordinate back‑office activities for audits, reconciliation, and other regular deliverables such as vendor invoices, QA, and transaction processing.
- Provide service support related to health & welfare benefit programs via phone, CRM, email, or in person, addressing standard procedures, best practices, and participant issues.
- Communicate with comprehensive benefits teams, internal partners, and third‑party resources to expedite responses to critical situations, utilizing extensive benefits/product/process experience.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge of health & welfare benefit programs, compliance, operating procedures, and product applications; champion process improvement and training initiatives.
- Act as liaison between service center, relationship manager, and client to explain benefits processes.
- Proactively identify problems and propose solutions to improve internal operations and reduce errors.
- Offer consultative benefits support and best practices to the assigned client book of business.
- Manage manual and electronic workflows to ensure accurate processing of benefits transactions by both ADP and non‑ADP service providers such as FSA, COBRA, and 401(k).
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Support or Benefits Administration functions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business‑related field or equivalent education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM, FPC, GBA, CEBS, and/or CHRS (ACA) credentials.
- Payroll, Accounting, HRIS, and project coordination experience.
- Basic knowledge of ADP’s WFN (or other enterprise PR & H&W) products and familiarity with navigating ADP organization resources.
- Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills; ability to work well in reactive situations.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills, effective time‑management, and client conflict‑resolution abilities.
