ADP is seeking a Benefit Services Specialist to serve as the primary contact for TotalSource clients and internal partners, overseeing health and welfare plan administration and related benefit programs.

You will administer enrollments, conduct audits, ensure data integrity, and support service delivery via phone, CRM, or email. You will mentor teammates and coordinate annual enrollment processes within a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years working in a Customer Service environment -- ideally in employee benefits and/or HR administration or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Benefits Administration: administer, manage, and govern benefit plans including enrollments, eligibility, and annual open enrollment; coordinate with back-office teams.
• Service and Product Support: provide support via phone, CRM, or email for benefit programs and processes; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with HR/CRE/carriers.
• Leadership: mentor and train service associates; develop and deliver training as needed.
• Client/Employee/Vendor Relations: act as primary contact for clients and internal partners; improve processes and ensure client satisfaction.
