Job summary

ADP is seeking a Benefit Solutions Specialist - I to ensure platform readiness for client annual enrollment and to coordinate ADP resources for timely completion of tasks.

You will manage benefits setup, enrollment processes, and WFN/HRB configurations, acting as the primary contact for Comprehensive Benefits clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, compliant results.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in client support or benefits administration.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary point relationship owner for assigned Comprehensive Benefits clients.
• Supports data gathering, requirements analysis and project management during annual enrollment.
• Coordinates Benefits Administration and Annual Enrollment tasks with back-office and offshore teams.
• Supports configuration and maintenance of WFN and other ADP products related to Benefits.
• Resolves issues from audits and coordinates with providers to support enrollment and billing.
