Job summary

The role involves processing enrollments, changes, and terminations, supporting payroll, and reconciling vendor files while maintaining clear communications with staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Some experience providing direct customer service, preferably in HR or benefits administration.
• Desirable: experience with Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, SAP or other HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees and retirees in understanding, enrolling in, and using benefits via phone, email, in-person, and video.
• Guide employees through HRIS Self-Service for enrollment, life events, and troubleshooting.
• Administer benefit programs in compliance with regulations and County policies.
