Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.
• Assist with pension and retirement plan administration, including employee inquiries, eligibility, benefit calculations, and retirement processing.
• Coordinate benefits enrollments, qualifying life events, and annual open enrollment.
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits coverage, plan options, and eligibility.
• Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with benefits vendors and third-party administrators to resolve issues and improve service.
• Assist with benefits audits, invoice reconciliation, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Partner with HR and Payroll to ensure accurate benefits deductions and employee data.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and support ongoing process improvements.
