Atlantic Group is seeking a Benefits Specialist in New York, NY to oversee health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs and to work with third‑party administrators, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

The role requires 3–7 years of benefits administration experience, strong Excel and HRIS/payroll proficiency, and a collaborative, customer‑oriented approach to supporting employees and improving processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience administering employee benefits programs.
• Experience with self-funded health and welfare plans and 401(k).
• Proficiency with Excel and HRIS/payroll systems; ADP preferred.

Mansioni

• Administer employee health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs with accurate enrollments and eligibility.
• Assist employees with benefit enrollment, life events, claims, and related questions.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, third‑party administrators, payroll and other benefit vendors.
• Support compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA and other requirements.
• Maintain benefit records, prepare reports, and support audits and enrollments.
