Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services, a leading U.S. broker, seeks a renewal analyst to partner with account teams in processing renewals, marketing efforts, and financial summaries for fully-insured and self-funded accounts.

You will analyze cost drivers from provider networks, coordinate underwriting support, and present renewal results to shape plan options and negotiations. A Bachelor's in Business/Math and Salesforce familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year or more related work experience.
• Valid insurance license or obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Continued CE requirements for license renewal.
• Basic knowledge of HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, Medicare.
• Knowledge of quotes processes; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Knowledge of major fully-insured and self-funded benefit lines.

Responsibilities

• Process renewals and support account teams in marketing and financial summaries.
• Analyze provider network and carrier utilization to identify cost drivers.
• Coordinate renewal challenges and underwriting efforts.
• Create financial reporting packages from templates as needed.
• Conduct provider network comparison analysis and renewal strategy planning.
• Collaborate with carriers and vendors for renewals and marketing outcomes.
• Present renewal summaries to the account team and support negotiation strategies.
• Develop renewal content and materials for client presentations.
• Execute plan option requests, marketing projects, and analyses to meet objectives.
• Review responses for accuracy and solicit revisions as required.
• Manage ongoing client maintenance projects and ensure data integrity.
