Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a Renewal Analyst to support the account team in processing renewals, conducting marketing, and preparing financial summaries for fully-insured and self-funded accounts.

You will analyze provider networks, carrier utilization, and benchmark data to inform renewal strategies and plan design changes while coordinating with carriers and vendors to obtain preliminary or firm renewal quotes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year related work experience in a similar role.
• Valid insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Renewals processing for assigned accounts and preparing marketing materials.
• Analyze provider network and carrier utilization to identify cost drivers.
• Coordinate renewal project timelines and responsibilities with the account team.
• Prepare financial summaries and renewal presentations for clients and carriers.
• Support in-market negotiations and options to optimize client renewals.
