Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-7 years in benefits realization, transformation, portfolio or value management.
• Experience building business cases and value realization plans with ROI/NPV metrics.
• Ability to define KPIs/OKRs, establish baselines, and validate benefits.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise standards, governance for value realization and management.
• Partner with stakeholders during intake, discovery, and business case development.
• Develop measurable benefit metrics, baselines, and realization plans.
• Define accountability for benefit ownership across initiatives.
• Deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and value insights.
• Lead a team of value realization professionals and develop repeatable tools.
