Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Benefits Realization Manager to lead value measurement across digital, AI, and transformation programs, focusing on outcomes and governance. You will define value targets, establish metrics, and ensure realized benefits after implementation.

You will collaborate with finance, digital effectiveness, portfolio and strategy teams to build frameworks, dashboards, and governance. You will lead a team of value realization professionals to drive measurable business value for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in benefits realization, business transformation, or related areas.
• Experience developing business cases with ROI, NPV, and productivity measures.
• Ability to define KPIs/OKRs, baselines, and measure outcomes.
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish standards and governance for benefits realization and value management.
• Partner with stakeholders to define outcomes, value targets, and realization plans.
• Develop metrics, baselines, and realization tracking across programs.
• Deliver executive dashboards and insights on realized value and risks.
• Lead a team of value realization professionals and develop repeatable tools.
