NetJets seeks a Benefits Specialist to run day-to-day group benefits operations, implement projects, and improve programs. You will oversee benefits administration, ensure accuracy, and support design of employee benefits and wellness initiatives.

In this role you will liaise with vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide high-level customer service to employees. Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state benefits-related laws and regulations.
• Experience applying systems analysis to benefits programs.
