Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Benefits Specialist to lead day-to-day operations of group benefits programs, drive implementation of projects, and provide exceptional customer service. The role supports design of employee benefits, wellness initiatives, and admin oversight, with focus on ERISA compliance and accurate data handling.

The position emphasizes collaboration with vendors and internal teams to optimize benefits plans, auditing processes, and maintaining strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-6 years of experience in benefits or related field.
• Strong customer service and data accuracy focus.
• Knowledge of ERISA and benefits regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for all benefit vendors.
• Lead data file transfers between NetJets systems and vendor systems.
• Lead audits related to data file accuracy and completions.
• Research employee benefit plans and assist with design/implementation of new benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance and respond to government surveys and requests.
