Job summary

Allegiantair is seeking a Specialist, Benefits I to provide analytical and technical support for health and welfare programs. You will ensure accurate enrollment and administration in group plans and assist with open enrollment and employee inquiries.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of benefits experience, with knowledge of regulatory issues and strong MS Office skills. Prior airline experience is a plus and some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 1+ year of Benefits experience required.
• Knowledge of regulatory issues affecting Benefits (COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, FSA, HSA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist with new hire benefit orientation briefings.
• Maintain enrollment packets and open enrollment materials.
• Update enrollments in HRIS and communicate with TPAs.
• Audit and reconcile benefit data and vendor communications.
• Support wellness programs and monthly reporting.
