Qualifications

• Requires associate degree plus 1 year (or part-time equivalent) in administering employee benefits.
• Alternatively, 3 years (or part-time equivalent) of relevant benefits administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering employee benefit programs and determine eligibility.
• Explain and interpret benefit coverage to employees and retirees.
• Respond to inquiries from employees, providers, and plan administrators on eligibility and claims procedures.
• Maintain information on retirees and communicate retirement benefits.
