Job summary

ADP is seeking a Benefits Services Specialist (BSS) to support TotalSource health and welfare plans for clients and internal partners, handling enrollment, eligibility audits, and data integrity.

You will coordinate with carriers, HRBPs, and back-office teams, mentor colleagues, and participate in annual enrollment and process improvements. A 2–4 year background in Benefits Administration and a BA/BS in HR or business are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Benefits Administration.
• Knowledge of TotalSource or similar HR/Benefits products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work under limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Administers and governs benefit plans including enrollment, eligibility audits and data processing.
• Partners with back office teams to coordinate transactions, audits and regular deliverables.
• Mentors service associates and supports annual enrollment processes.
• Acts as liaison between client, HRBP, CRE and carriers to explain benefits processes and resolve issues.
