Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field.
• Two+ years of technical or administrative support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain Texas Life and Health Insurance License within six months.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation, configuration, maintenance of benefit administration platforms, focusing on Employee Navigator.
• Partner with client HR teams to customize enrollment and HRIS solutions.
• Deliver training sessions for employers and employees.
• Resolve client questions and enrollment discrepancies with high service level.
• Review and reconcile carrier invoices and coordinate resolutions.
• Generate enrollment, eligibility, and reporting data for client needs and compliance.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline benefits administration.
• Support Open Enrollment with tools, resources, and guidance.
