Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking an Agency Support Specialist in San Diego to help maintain employee benefits operations and support renewals, enrollment, and documentation. You will partner with Account Executives and leadership to ensure accurate materials and efficient processes.

You will manage enrollment platforms, create benefit guides, and support compliance documents while contributing to a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in operations, administration, or insurance agency support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and data-driven.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning agency tech platforms/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain employee benefit guides for client understanding.
• Upload and organize enrollment materials in enrollment platforms.
• Develop and update client benefit landing pages during renewals.
• Prepare and distribute ERISA Wrap Plan Documents for compliance.
• Execute pre-designed email marketing campaigns for clients and prospects.
• Audit client documents to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Support agency licensing, carrier appointments, and administrative activities.
• Provide administrative support to Agency Principals and manage producer policies.
