Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an Agency Support Specialist to help maintain Employee Benefits operations and deliver excellent client service. You will collaborate with Account Executives, leadership, producers and marketing teams to support renewals, enrollments and administrative processes.

Your role emphasizes organization, accuracy and confidentiality while assisting with life policies and licensing tasks to drive efficiency across the agency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in operations, administration, insurance agency support, or related role.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to data accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain employee benefit guides for clients.
• Upload and organize enrollment materials in Employee Navigator and other platforms.
• Update client benefit landing pages during renewals.
• Prepare and distribute ERISA Wrap Plan Documents.
• Execute email marketing campaigns for clients and prospects.
• Audit client documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support agency licensing, carrier appointments and admin tasks.
• Provide admin support to Agency Principals and life insurance policies.
