Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, administration, insurance agency support, or a related business support role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain employee benefit guides and enrollment materials.
• Upload and organize enrollment materials in Employee Navigator and other platforms.
• Develop and update client benefit landing pages during renewals.
• Prepare and distribute ERISA Wrap Plan Documents.
• Execute pre-designed email campaigns for designated audiences.
• Conduct routine audits of client documents for accuracy.
• Support agency licensing, carrier appointments, and administrative activities.
• Provide administrative support to Agency Principals and policies.
