Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment handling confidential information.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License required.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and employee benefits technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage open enrollment and ongoing enrollment activity.
• Process and submit enrollment documentation to carriers.
• Monitor carrier submissions and follow up for timely processing.
• Conduct regular audits of enrollment and eligibility data.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams.
