Job summary

Qurate Retail Group is seeking a Benefits Partner to support QVC's benefits administration, leave and accommodations, and employee support across health and wellness programs. The role reports to the Manager, Leave and Accommodations and collaborates with payroll and HR operations to ensure accurate deductions and processing.

The position emphasizes a service-driven approach, vendor partnerships, and accurate issue resolution to enhance the team member experience across our hybrid work model

Qualifications

• 3+ years in benefits administration or related HR operations.
• Experience supporting employee benefits programs with vendors.
• Leave of absence and accommodation experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Support daily benefits administration across health and welfare programs.
• Assist in administration of leave and accommodation programs with internal partners and external vendors.
• Monitor vendor service levels and help resolve issues to improve member experience and operations.

Your Opportunity, Your Team

• The Benefits Partner supports QVC, reporting to the Manager, Leave and Accommodations and helps deliver benefits administration and team member support across health, wellness, and related HR programs. You'll help create a strong team member experience by supporting daily benefits operations, partnering with vendors, and resolving issues with accuracy, responsiveness, and care.

Where You'll Work

• This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA location several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company.) Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, PA, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Support the daily execution of of QVC's benefits administration across health and welfare programs


• Assist in the administration of leave and accommodation programs, including coordination with internal partners and external vendors


• Monitor vendor service levels and support issue resolution to help improve team member experience and operational effectiveness


• Partner with Payroll and HR Operations to support accurate deductions, contributions, billing, invoicing, and benefits processing


• Respond to team member questions and help resolve benefit-related issues with a service-oriented approach

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of relevant experience in benefits administration, total rewards, HR operations, or a related area


• Experience supporting employee benefits programs and working with vendors, recurring processes, or compliance-driven activities


• Leave of absence and accommodation experience is strongly preferred


• Working knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, or similar platforms


• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
